The Parish Leaders Training Seminar is currently underway at MNC, bringing together parish leaders for a time of learning, reflection, and capacity building in ministry.
The session was officially opened by the relieving Minister, Rev. Lucy Waweru, who led the opening devotion from Philippians 2:1–11, encouraging leaders to embrace humility, unity, and Christ-like service in their ministry.
The training session is being facilitated by Elder Dr. David Ndumo, who is taking the leaders through the topic “Innovation in the Ministry.” The session is focusing on equipping church leaders with fresh perspectives and practical approaches to effectively respond to the changing needs of the church and society.
